Thanksgiving To The Streets 2003

There is nothing so wonderful as when we watch the miracles of God unfold before
our eyes. When lives are touched we get to see with in their eyes the effect that has
taken place in their hearts, if only but for a moment.

When God allows us to be His instruments of divine intervention nothing is so sweet!
As in the planting of seeds in His garden, never underestimate the power of a seed,
for their hopes press against impossible odds and blossom!

I would like to take this opportunity to first give God all the thanks, all the praise,
and all the glory for turning nothing in to something wonderful!

I would also like to give a warm thanks to all
who helped make this event a success:

David, Tina, Tyler, and Emily Ross. Mark, Michelle, Tyler, Kyle, Dillon,
and Michael Chantry. Thank you all for your many, many hours of hard work
and devotion. Thanks to Bridges Recovery, John Cranshaw,
The Charles McClatchy Co., and all it’s associates
who donated us the building for this event.

Thanks to Pastor Troy Hinkle of Victory Tabernacle Church for his gracious
donations of pastries. Thanks to Pastor Paul Gullion and Radiant Life Church for their
donations of bread and rolls, Staci Gallardo & Bernie and Mother Earth Baked
Goods for their donation of tamales. Thanks to Jeff Johnson of Love INC. for
supplying us with blankets, tooth-brushed, soap, shampoo and tables.

Thanks to Jesse and Anna Hernandez, all the members of First Church of the
Nazarene for the donation of blankets and for all they’re help.

Thanks to Pastor Paul Breski and Living Water Ministries for
the donation of tables, and table decorations.

Thanks to Dan Gonzales for making posters and putting them up all over also for
all his help in serving and cutting turkeys!

Thanks to Brad and Kim Williams for all their help in setting up and breaking down

Thanks to all who helped make this event a great success!

Plant a word of love into people’s lives, water it with kindness, a smile and prayers and
watch a little blossom into something beautiful.

Never underestimate the power of a seed for God is the creator of Life!

Love your neighbor, show respect to the poor, and show mercy to others.

The person who shows mercy can stand without fear at the judgment.
