THANKSGIVING 2006

Thanksgiving to the Streets
Serving the community since 2003. This event just gets better every year. We serve dinner to the public on Thanksgiving day. We offer a beautiful dinner with all the trimmings, music, and live music when available, and we give aways wonderful gifts mixed in with lots of love. This is a an event where we break bread with strangers and make them family! When you break bread with a stranger they are no longer a strangers but an extension of our love.

Our newest programs: The Sacramento Blanket Drive .
Collecting and distributing blankets to needy families and individuals in the Sacramento region through the winter months. We know the cost of heating during the winter months can take its toll on a person who has a limited income causing them an inability to stay warm enough during the winter months. We offer blankets to help meet the needs of our community. The more blankets we collect the more people we can touch with love!
our target for each year is 5,000. Please help!

Angels Weeping Food Drive We collect food through the beginning of the harvest months (October) to help supply Christmas Baskets to needy families in our community and to offer food to families at our Thanksgiving to the Streets event.

Christmas Basket to the Streets Distributing Christmas food basket to needy families in the Sacramento region.
We also look for hygiene products for donations to put in our baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
